Caroline's in Denton operates within a historic carriage house located in downtown Denton, Maryland. It is a beautiful quaint place. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The menu is a perfect blend. The crab dip is unique and unlike any crab dip that I have had before. The hot honey chicken sandwich is wonderful. The bread was super soft and had just the right ingredients on it. The truffle fries are unique as well. For dessert, we had the creme brulee. She ranked it as in of the best 2 she has ever had.

A special experience is waiting inside the historic house at Caroline’s! Great food and service. The chic vintage decor and elegant atmosphere is welcoming and unique. The interior is cozy and the outdoor porch seating is spacious.The service was professional and the entire staff was accommodating. Chef Ken uses clean, fresh ingredients to create amazing dishes. So much appreciation for farm to table concept and healthy options. The menu is diverse and enticing. We had the specials including beef short rib onion soup and the grilled ribeye. The crab dip and filet mignon were also delicious. What a treat to include tallow whipped potatoes as a side; very impressive and flavorful. The house made creme brulee was creamy and not overly sweet; just perfect. It’s a wonderful local gem and worth the drive for anyone who appreciates friendly fine dining with farm to table food and ambience.

Food is delicious. We have had brunch and dinner here. The crab dip app is a family favorite! Steak and cake is perfection. My husband gets the crab dip grilled cheese every single time! Everything tastes fresh and portions are generous. Staff is attentive and friendly every visit. This is a new found favorite!

We made our first visit to the sidebar. The service today was phenomenal. We enjoyed the Brussels...what a delicious combo...along with a ham and collard melt. We will have to come back again for sure. This will not be our last time visiting.

Had a great dinner last night. The crab poutine is amazing. A classic Eastern shore twist , lump crab , cream crab sauce and unbelievable potato’s. Just as good are the Fried Green Tomato’s, with corn creama Perfect. Finished off with the Salmon Fried Rice. Another great meal. Service was excellent. Thanks again.

We just discovered Caroline’s restaurant in Denton. Food was outstanding, service was delightful, and the atmosphere was charming with a very innovative menu. We drove 1.5 hours from the beach and can’t wait to go back!

We LOVE Caroline’s!! Perfect Valentine’s meal this evening, great service from Geanavie! Steak was the perfect temperature, cocktails on point and just an always exceptional experience!!

What a lovely surprise dinner place to find on our way home from the beach! The restaurant is in a beautiful, quaint town and inside a remodeled historic house. We decided to eat outside on the front porch because the weather was so pleasant. We had the shrimp toast as a starter. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the sauce was the perfect creamy addition, & the bread was delicious! I had the farmer’s pasta for dinner and that was to die for. All of the veggies were fresh & I realized the noodles were gluten free after I ate it. The noodles were wonderful and I would not have guessed! My husband had the burger & he mentioned that it was very fresh, juicy - but not soggy. His fries were fresh, minimally seasoned (he said they may benefit from a bit more salt but it was not a big deal). We both felt great after we ate! We told our awesome waiter Fred that we were celebrating our anniversary & he provided us with a complementary cheesecake - which was outstanding. It was hot honey peach and we were in heaven. So good. We truly loved our experience here! Everything exceeded our expectations!
